Commissions are paid on every approved sale beginning with the first. An approved sale is one that came through your tracking link or referral code, was clinically approved and fulfilled by our licensed providers, was paid in full, and was not later refunded, charged back, cancelled, or returned.
Four steps from application to your first commission check.
Submit the application below. We review your audience and channels, then send you the Affiliate Services Agreement to sign.
Once you're approved, we issue your tracking link and referral code, plus the marketing materials you're cleared to use.
Share your link. Every patient who comes through it is tracked to you automatically. Our providers handle all clinical work and fulfillment.
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid within 30 days of the close of each period for all sales approved in that period.

Once you've generated your first 10 approved sales (counted across all GLP-1 products), you become eligible for free GLP-1 product in addition to your cash commissions. The product, dosage, quantity, and cadence are determined by the clinic, and it's subject to our standard clinical intake, eligibility screening, and approval by a licensed provider.
While you're in the program, you promote GLP-1 products exclusively for Mint Medical Clinic. That means no promoting, endorsing, or referring for any other provider that sells or prescribes GLP-1 or competing weight-management medications — including your own brands and social channels. Disclose any existing arrangement up front and end it before you start.
Commissions are calculated and paid monthly, within 30 days after the close of each period, for all sales that became approved during that period. You're responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information, and for all taxes on what you earn. We issue a 1099 where the law requires it.
If a sale is refunded, charged back, cancelled, or returned after we've already paid you the commission, we may deduct that amount from a future commission payment or invoice you for it. No commission is payable on quotes, unpaid orders, or orders declined for clinical or other reasons.
You're an independent contractor, not an employee. Nothing in the program creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or franchise relationship. You're responsible for your own expenses, taxes, and insurance.
The agreement runs until either side ends it. Either party can terminate for convenience on 15 days' written notice. We can terminate immediately for a breach, a violation of law, or conduct that could harm the clinic or its patients. Commissions earned before termination are still paid in the ordinary course.
GLP-1 medications are prescription products, so their promotion carries real legal and regulatory obligations. These aren't optional.
